Rana has a background in the education and IT sectors. She has a Bachelor degree in computer science and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Before joining KAUST as a Graduate Program Coordinator for the Electrical Engineering Program in March 2018, Rana worked as Account Manager at Oracle Corporation, Jeddah and Dubai. Prior to that, she worked in the Education sector in different capacities.

Aida Mizouni-Hoteit joined Kaust in September 2009 and has since then been a Graduate Program Coordinator for the CEMSE Division. She is in charge of the Computer Science Program. Her role consists of supporting students and faculty in their academic life at KAUST.
